ode to john

One of my favourite things to gape at in Prague.  I insisted we went to this wall.  Twice.  (The actual thing is much bigger, brighter, better and covered in Beatles lyrics with no room to spare.)

Whilst on a Lennon theme, if you haven't seen Nowhere Boy yet, I suggest you rent it pronto!  Then listen to this song and it will make total sense to you.

beautiful websites

...Something I need to think about engineering this summer!

I recently stumbled across Devendra Banhart's site and fell head over heels with his beautiful approach to button links (so lovely)...

More so than the crazy kaleidoscope thing at the beginning (fun though).

Another one to keep an eye on is this website for Field Music.  I tried to make something like this myself at one point, and then remembered I wasn't a web designer and kind of lost enthusiasm.

A little obsessed with birds over in this corner, but I've just found this little do-it-yourself job on the Pikaland blog...that has to be worth a go!

A theory about labyrinthine Prague...I hope it's true.

Making slow, uncertain progress, graphic novel!  (Sigh.)

analogue prague

Nothing beats the excitement that you get when you go to pick up the photos from your developed film.  I think analogue photography is worth it if only for that.  Here is a mini selection of bright little pictures from my recent trails around Prague. Chuffed!

everyone needs one of these

Discovered by Jon in a library book.  Genius.  Which brew are you? (I'm a fudge, if you're offering.)
